To the maximum extent permitted by law, AG_Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the app (if any).

These Terms remain in effect until terminated. You may terminate this agreement by:
