How do I calculate bills for different apartment configurations?
The app supports complex configurations with variable flat counts per floor. Simply configure your apartment layout in the "Configure Apartment" screen, select the expense type (lift electric, maid, maintenance etc), how to want to share the expense, and the app will automatically distribute costs based on your configuration.
Can I export bill calculations to share with residents?
Yes! The app includes import, export and sharing options. You can export calculations, share via WhatsApp for easy collection. All data can be exported/saved to the cloud/drive by user.
How do I handle parking floor exceptions?
In the apartment configuration screen, you can mark specific floors as "parking floors" which will be excluded from bill calculations. This is perfect for buildings with dedicated parking levels that don't have residential flats.
Is my data secure and private?
Absolutely! All data is stored locally on your device by default. Cloud backup is optional. We don't collect personal information, and all calculations happen on your device. Your apartment's financial data remains completely private.
How can I delete my data from the app?
Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have full control over your information. You can delete data selectively within the app (Clear History, Reset Configuration) or completely by uninstalling the app. For detailed instructions, visit our Data Deletion Guide.
What if I need help with app crashes or technical issues?
